How to tie a scarve? (second part: the "carrés")
First thing, a carré means a square (like the classical Hermès). Just a warning about carrés: wear it with a twist and not to crips in order to avoid the "air-hostess look". Keep it simple!
First picture: "Base folding" for "Carrés". Its the basis of the more formal knot (the ladylike ones). One picture is missing: between 3 and 4 should be an picture of the scarve fold again in two. In 4), you make a knot and in 5) you pass the ends of the scarve in it. It's shown for the neck but it works also on the wrist or on a bag,.... endless possibilities.
Second picture: some exemples based on the "base folding".
Third picture: exemples base on the carré folded in half (diagonal --> makes a triangle). What I usually do is to put the angle in the front and make a knot undre it (but you could tie over it too). Or you could drape it around your shoulders and make a knot in the front.
